Washington State University offers Official Transcripts for current and former students through Parchment, WSU's third party vendor.

Important FAQs

• Each transcript ordered is $10 per copy sent to you or a third party.
• Your WSU Student ID is required. Need help with your student ID? Contact Crimson Service Desk crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu | 509 335-4357
• If you enter an incorrect name (including hyphenated names), DOB, or WSU Student ID, your transcript order will be cancelled.

Unofficial Transcripts in myWSU

Unofficial Transcipts can be accessed via myWSU for no charge. If you cannot access myWSU, you must order an Official Transcript.
